Conduct research to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data.
Evaluate and establish the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analysing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning, and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
Propose a plan of action for all brands across all platforms, to be discussed and approved with management.
Coordinate with all subcontractors, partners and in-house team to ensure all content is uploaded as per plan.
Handle any one-off internal marketing project, both online and offline.
Ensure the image of all brands is in line with the strategy of each company.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use of promotion.
Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
Handle marketing needs for partner events and projects when required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field will be considered an asset.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
